INVIGE LLC - LIMITED WARRANTY TERMS

This Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) is provided by Invige LLC, and applies to the products listed below purchased in the U.S. or Canada on or after Nov, 2023 (the “Product(s)”). This Warranty is offered at no additional charge. Please note that all Invige e-bikes and/or accessories purchased before Nov, 2023, were shipped with a standard 2-year warranty. Your rights under this Warranty are separate and in addition to your legal rights as a purchaser of the Product, which may vary by state in the United States. This Warranty does not affect these rights.

Prior to your initial use, we highly recommend reading the provided manual(s) for each Product. They contain crucial safety information and details regarding assembly, use, and maintenance. Invige also suggests registering your Invige bicycle upon purchase at www.invige.com. Although registration is not mandatory to utilize this Warranty, it facilitates improved service provision by Invige in the future.

As elaborated below, Invige warrants the Products for a limited period from the original purchase date against defects in materials and workmanship when used appropriately in accordance with Invige’s published guidelines. These guidelines encompass information found in technical specifications, user manuals, and service communications. “online purchase” denotes the initial purchase of the Product, either from an Authorized Invige online store . Partial warranty coverage may be transferred to subsequent owners, as specified below.

PRODUCTS COVERED

For the online purchaser of the Products, the following applies:

- Invige-branded frames and framesets: Invige warrants the structural integrity of the frame or frameset to the original online purchaser for a period of five (2) years* from the original purchase date. This warranty excludes paint and graphics. "Frameset" refers to an Invige-branded frame equipped with an Invige-branded rigid fork. Suspension forks and suspension parts are not included in this definition.
*REGISTER FOR LIFETIME WARRANTY: Upon registering your bicycle with Invige within ninety (90) days from the original purchase date, Invige will extend the warranty for the structural integrity of the frame or frameset to the original purchaser for the duration of their ownership. Visit www.invige.com for registration.

- Invige-branded components, equipment, and paint and graphics on Invige-branded frames and framesets: Covered for a 2-year Warranty from the original purchase date. This includes parts such as motors and other drive system components on electric bicycles.

- Invige-branded batteries equipped on electric bicycles: Covered for a 2-year Warranty from the original purchase date or up to 500 charging cycles, whichever occurs first. The batteries are designed to retain up to 85% of their original capacity during this time.

- Invige-branded accessories and items not otherwise specifically covered: Covered for a 1-year Warranty from the original purchase date.

For subsequent owners, i.e., second or later owners and not the original purchaser:

- 2-year Warranty from the original purchase date for the following Invige-branded Products: frames and framesets, including paint and graphics, components, equipment. This also includes parts such as motors and other drive system components on electric bicycles.

- Invige-branded batteries equipped on electric bicycles: Covered for a 2-year Warranty from the original purchase date or up to 300 charging cycles, whichever occurs first. The batteries are designed to retain up to 75% of their original capacity during this time.

- Invige-branded accessories and items not otherwise specifically covered: Covered for a 1-year Warranty from the original purchase date.

THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS ON INVIGE-BRANDED BICYCLES

There may be warranties from third-party manufacturers for non-Invige components, such as drivetrain, brakes, or suspension parts. For Warranty information for third-party components, please refer to the manufacturer’s website for details. Third-party components are not covered under this Warranty.

SUBSEQUENT OWNER CONDITIONS

Yes, the warranty period is always calculated from the original purchase date, and Invige must be able to determine when and where the Product was originally purchased. Proof of purchase should be obtained from the original owner or the Authorized Invige online website who sold the Product.

WARRANTY LABOR

For one year from the original purchase date, you will not incur charges for labor incurred in processing Warranty claims.

TERMS OF WARRANTY

To avail of this Warranty, a dated proof of original purchase must be presented to Invige. Proof of original purchase is required whether you are the original purchaser or a subsequent owner. In all instances, Invige reserves the right to limit warranty service to the country where the Product was purchased. During the Warranty period, Invige will either repair the Product or, at its option, replace it with the same or a similar Product. Please note that Invige may not always have the exact replacement part or color in stock. If the Product is replaced, it must be returned to Invige before the replacement is provided, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. You will not be charged for shipping the Product to Invige or for receiving any replacement product incurred in processing the Warranty.

UNCOVERED ITEMS

This Warranty is void under the following circumstances and does not apply to damage caused by any of the following occurrences:

- Improper assembly or installation
- Crash, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, or other abnormal, excessive, or improper use
- Corrosion
- Improper alteration or installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the Product; or
- Failure to perform maintenance or service at appropriate intervals in accordance with the written instructions provided with the Product.

WEAR AND TEAR

Wear and tear refer to damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal riding. For example, your cassette and chain will, even if properly maintained, eventually wear out requiring replacement. The same applies to scratches and other potential damage to the paint or graphics of your bicycle that can result from normal use and exposure to the elements. Your bicycle may over time also develop minor creaks or other noises while riding, which usually indicates it requires maintenance. Wear and tear items are not covered by this Warranty. The following is a non-exhaustive list of typical wear and tear items not covered:

- Bearings
- Brake Pads
- Chains
- Free Hub Bodies
- Handlebar Grips
- Rubber moving parts
- Shifter and brake cables and casings
- Spokes
- Sprockets
- Stripped threads/bolts
- Tools
- Transmission gears

WARRANTY PROCESS INITIATION To initiate the warranty process, contact customer service.

SHIPPING DAMAGE COVERAGE Damage to a Product during shipping is not covered by this Warranty. Notwithstanding such limitation, Invige agrees to replace such damaged Products if you:

Notify Invige of damage to a Product during shipping within thirty (30) days of the date of your receipt of the Product

Promptly provide Invige with dated pictures and/or a video of the damaged Product

Return all original packaging and paperwork included with the Product

Inspect the Product immediately upon receipt of the Product; or

Note in clear detail any immediately recognizable damage to the Product on the shipper’s Bill of Lading prior to signing off on the shipment of the Product
